Ennismore teased last week about its Dis-loyalty paid membership program (read more here), and we already covered the program’s main features on Sunday (read more here).
Ennismore has now launched the program, and we have clarified the status of these various brands associated with Dis-loyalty and Accor’s group-wide Accor Live Limitless (ALL).
You can access Ennismore’s Dis-loyalty here and Accor ALL here.
Ennismore Disclaimer on Their Press Release:
- Dis-loyalty cannot be used in conjunction with other offers, memberships and loyalty programmes.
- The Ennismore brands currently part of Accor Live Limitless (ALL) will continue to be included.
- Accor Live Limitless (ALL) points are not earned on Dis-loyalty bookings, and Dis-loyalty discounts cannot be used for ALL bookings.
We have clarified with Ennismore that ALL elite benefits do not apply for stays at ALL participating Ennismore properties booked on the Dis-loyalty website. You won’t points, elite qualifying nights, or get any elite benefits.
This also doesn’t mean that Ennismore properties would exit Accor ALL or that new properties added to Ennismore brands that are ALL participating would not join ALL. Ennismore brands and hotels can be both Dis-loyalty and Accor ALL participating.
Dis-loyalty Benefits:
50% OFF Just Opened Hotels
On a stay during the first 3 months after a hotel’s opening — with more than 15 coming up in the next year.
20 % OFF EVERY FIRST-TIME STAY
That’s the first time you stay at every single one of our 75+ hotels.
10% OFF RETURN STAYS
Want to go back to the same place two, three, or even four times? It’s always 10% off – however many times you go.
10% OFF FOOD & DRINK
Any time at our 150+ restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. Tables for up to 6 people, at home or on holiday.
365 FREE TEAS & COFFEES
One free barista-made drink every day of the year when you sit in at any one of our restaurants and bars.
The 50% discount on newly opened hotels is excellent, but you have to book on very short notice because the discount is only available within three months of opening. You cannot use the 20% first stay discount later if you have already stayed at the same hotel using the 50% off one.
10% off return stays is okay-ish.
The daily free coffee or tea is not available for takeaway but only for in-hotel consumption. This is to get you to visit their properties and spend cash on other F&B items.
You must book at least 7 days before the stay to get the Dis-loyalty discount, but you can cancel without a fee up to 24 hours before the check-in time.
DIS-LOYALTY DROPS
Launching towards the end of the year, Dis-loyalty Drops will be a series of highly anticipated “drops” including limited edition collaborations, once-in-a-lifetime experiences, exclusive access, and time-limited special offers, so they’ll be more popular than ever.
Dis-loyalty drops were not mentioned on the Dis-loyalty website, but these time-limited special offers could be interesting.

Accor ALL, Accor Plus, ALL PLUS Voyageur versus Ennismore Dis-loyalty
Here everything comes messy for Ennismore hotels that are also ALL participating, and I would question whether Dis-loyalty makes much sense for anything else than those stays in the first three months.
Accor ALL members earn their points, elite qualifying nights, and elite benefits + can earn bonus points under various global and regional offers for stays at many Ennismore hotels.
Understanding Number Of ALL Points You Earn At Various Accor Brands
Without any global bonus offers, Accor All elite members can earn up to 8.8% of the room rate back in points (remember that taxes/service charges are excluded). You would also be eligible for upgrades, welcome amenities, and club lounge access at hotels with one (SO/).
ALL PLUS Voyageur & ALL PLUS ibis Subscription Cards
ALL Plus Voyageur is a paid membership program (yes – Accor now has FIVE) that grants a 20% continuous discount at SO/, 21C Museum, and Mondrian brands that are part of Ennismore’s Dis-loyalty. You earn ALL points and get all ALL benefits on stays booked using this rate plan.
Accor Plus is a paid membership program for Asia-Pacific that also includes SO/ and Mondrian brands that are part of Dis-loyalty. You get up to 50% off dining, a 50% discount at select hotels (Red Hot Rooms), and 10% off rooms. You also earn ALL points and get ALL benefits.
Ennismore’s Dis-loyalty Press Release:
Conclusion
These various overlapping Accor subscription programs are becoming confusing, and now stays booked under Ennismore’s Dis-loyalty are not ALL qualifying.
The membership may make sense if you often stay at Ennismore hotels that are not ALL participating. I would question, however, if booking a Dis-loyalty rate plan at a 10% discount makes much sense if you forgo earning ALL points and getting tier benefits, such as lounge access.
Obviously, nothing prevents you from signing up for various Accor subscription programs, but you cannot combine Accor Plus with any other than this Dis-loyalty (Accor IT issue).
You could sign up for ALL Plus Voyageur to get a 20% discount at Mondrian and then use Dis-loyalty to get a 10% F&B discount, but you would earn points for those F&B charges if you had charged them to your room.
