Accor’s Ennismore division, which compromised the group’s lifestyle brands, started to tease about a new Dis-loyalty program late last week (read more here) with a launch date of July 27, 2023.
We have now confirmed the benefits and cost of this membership, and there is a signup offer of a free month through August 31, 2023.
You can access Accor Ennismore’s Dis-loyalty here.

Note that a minimum subscription period is 12 months (£144).
Core Benefits:
- 50% off every just-opened hotel (within three months)
- 20% off your first stay at each of our 75+ hotels
- 10% off all return visits
- 10% off food and drink at any of our 150+ venues
- A free barista-made drink every day of the year
Potential Savings:
The 50% off savings at new hotels within three months of opening is potentially significant. It is an issue that these openings are often delayed, and many have soft-opening periods when the finishing touches are put together.
The 20% discount on your first visit and 10% on subsequent ones is okay-ish, but some of these hotels are part of Accor Plus in Asia-Pacific, and then there is the Accor ALL member discount too.
The 10% discount on F&B is insignificant, and getting a free coffee every day is merely to get your foot inside their hotel, and counting on that you will spend cash on other F&B too.
Accor Brands Under Ennismore:
- The Hoxton
- Mondrian Hotels
- MAMA SHELTER
- 25hours Hotels
- SO/
- SLS
- Hyde Hotels
- 21c Museum Hotels
- Morgan’s Originals
- Maison Delano Paris
Accor ALL & Ennismore Dis-loyalty:
There are Accor brands under Ennismore that are not ALL participating, such as The Hoxton, Morgan’s Originals, and several Mondrian hotels.
It is how you combine the “No Points – No Tiers” with Accor ALL that awards you points and night credits for many of these hotels under Ennismore.
Accor’s Paid Subscription Programs:
- Accor Plus – Asia-Pacific
- ALL Signature – Brazil
- ALL Plus – China/Greater China
- ALL PLUS ibis/Voyageur – worldwide
Conclusion
Does anybody believe Accor needs FIVE separate and partially overlapping membership programs besides Accor Live Limitless (ALL)? Doesn’t this create confusion among potential members and ALL participants?
Also, the name of this Ennismore’s Dis-loyalty is basically a slap on the face for everyone participating in their group-wide ALL.
I can see signing up for this Dis-loyalty IF I plan to stay at any of the newly opened Ennismore-managed Accor brands within three months of opening AND if ALL benefits are honored (at ALL participating hotels). This may overlap with the quadruple points offer for stays at newly opened hotels that won’t hurt.
