Accor has quietly changed the ALL PLUS Voyageur, one of their five subscription products, discount at the Sebel Brand from 20% to 15%.
It is unclear if Accor no longer considers the Sebel as Premium but rather a Midscale brand, which would align with the reduced ALL PLUS Voyageur discount.

ALL PLUS Voyageur Discount Eligible Brands:
Accor has over 40 brands, of which 21 are eligible for the ALL PLUS Voyageur discount.
The Accor’s page for ALL PLUS Voyageur still states that the Sebel is considered a PREMIUM brand that would come at a 20% discount.
Accor’s metadata for the Sebel also displays that they consider it a Premium.
As does the page for the brand.
But as a reader noted, the discount has been lowered to 15%, which means that Accor has moved the Sebel brand from PREMIUM to MIDSCALE.
Conclusion
Unfortunately, Accor has moved the Sebel brand without any notice from PREMIUM to MIDSCALE, has not informed ALL PLUS Voyageur subscribers, and still misinforms potential buyers that the discount at this brand is 20%, when, in fact, it is just 15%.
Accor should honor the advertised discount schedule for existing subscribers for the duration of their ALL PLUS Voyageur membership.
