Conclusion
These Hilton’s Be My Guest certificates are incredibly flexible. You book the best flexible standard rate at the property you want to redeem and just hand the voucher over when checking in.
These are usually issued for challenges at their branded properties that have not been fixed, and the nightly charge is then charged back to the offending hotel.
In the reader’s case, there appears to have been a Hilton and Tim Horton promotion, and the reader got lucky and won the certificate. Now, only use it most beneficially!
