The main benefit, IMHO, is the 50% discount at hotels within three months of their opening, and we have confirmed with Ennismore what these hotels currently are and the valid through dates.

A brutalist behemoth of a building sets the tone for signature interior design and a laissez-faire attitude towards conventional hotel codes. Influenced by the ‘70s, with sleek wooden furniture, brightly coloured velvet sofas, striped headboards, and rugs in graphic patterns, The Hoxton, Brussels, sweeps guests up with its excitable undercurrent. It’s located north of the centre, close to the Northern Business District, but it’s anything but stiff and stuffy.

Conclusion
The savings at these newly opened hotels are significant, and if you plan to stay at any of them during the discount period, the savings will pay for the yearly Dis-loyalty membership fee.
My issue is that you won’t earn ALL points or receive ALL status benefits, such as breakfast and room upgrades, which will likely yield higher savings than the ongoing 10% discount through Dis-loyalty.
