The terms state that this offer would only be available for ALL members in South America, but I doubt that the address requirement is enforced (and easy to change if that would matter).
Terms and conditions of this offer:
1. The ALL – Accor Live Limitless general terms and conditions apply to the Rio de Janeiro ALL offer and, in order to benefit from it, you must be an ALL – Accor Live Limitless member.
2. To take advantage of this offer, members of the ALL – Accor Live Limitless loyalty program must obligatorily register for the offer between 01/04/2023 and 02/05/2023 by 23:59, Paris time (UCT+1 ) – 7:59 pm Brasilia time (UTC/GMT -03:00) – by clicking on the “Sign me up” button and then following the instructions. Only bookings made after signing up via the “Sign Up” button are eligible for this bonus offer.
This offer is available exclusively to members who have been invited to take advantage of the offer via electronic notification.
This offer is only available to members residing in South America.
3. This offer allows ALL – Accor Live Limitless members, regardless of their status, to multiply their earning of Reward points by 2x for a stay at one of the hotels participating in the ALL – Accor Live Limitless loyalty program.
Earning points is based on the calculation of the value of points credited to the member by the hotel, at the end of an eligible stay, with the application of the general conditions of the ALL – Accor Live Limitless program and based on Classic status.
At the end of the stay, points are credited in two stages:
1/ point credit corresponding to the value of points that the ALL – Accor Live Limitless member has achieved if he/she had not benefited from the offer;
2/ The additional Reward points earned by subscribing to the offer will be credited to the member’s account in the second transaction, corresponding to the number of Reward points missing from the ALL – Accor Live Limitless member, so that the total number of Reward points multiplied has been credited by 2x after completing the two-point credit transactions.
As an example, an ALL – Accor Live Limitless member who has earned 250 Status points and 250 Reward Points for an eligible stay will receive an additional: 250 additional Reward points for an offer that multiplies the points X2.
This bonus of Reward points is added to the Reward and Status points earned by the member in an eligible stay, with the application of the general conditions of the ALL – Accor Live Limitless program.
This offer can only be used 2 times per member during its validity period. The first accommodation booked and booked after signing up for the offer is eligible for Reward points credit according to the conditions of the offer.This accommodation can be booked at any eligible rate available on the day of booking.

5. Accommodation must have a minimum of 1 night.
6. Any consecutive stays (check-out and check-in on the same day) at the same hotel will be considered as a single stay. This single accommodation will be valid once for the Rio de Janeiro ALL offer.
7. Within this offer, a stay is understood as one (1) reservation of an ALL – Accor Live Limitless member, regardless of the number of rooms included in the reservation. A booking made by a member for multiple rooms will only count as one (1) stay. Credit for Reward and Status points is calculated from the first check-out date.
This means that an ALL – Accor Live Limitless member will earn points and eligible nights for the first stay.
8. To be eligible for the offer, all accommodation must be booked through Accor distribution channels (Accor websites, Accor ALL apps, ALL booking center, hotels) and traditional travel agencies using a GDS automatically connected to Accor. Therefore, you will not benefit from this offer if your accommodation is booked through a reseller, tour operator or third-party online travel agency (such as expedia.com, booking.com, etc.).
9. You must indicate your ALL – Accor Live Limitless loyalty card number at the time of booking and present it at the hotel reception when checking in for your accommodation.
10. Reward ALL – Accor Live Limitless points will be credited to the member’s account within 10 days of the end date of the stay at the hotel.
11. This offer cannot be combined with other current promotional offers or benefits and does not apply to groups.
If the accommodation meets the terms and conditions of multiple offers, only Reward points from the most generous offer (ie the one that allows you to accumulate the most Reward points) will be credited to your account.
12. Any accommodation and/or expenses and consumption in restaurants, paid partially or entirely with Reward ALL – Accor Live Limitless points will not be eligible to benefit from this offer.
13. This offer is subject to availability. The terms and conditions of sale for reserved public rates of each hotel apply.
14. In cases of changing the reservation date, the offer and accumulation of points will only apply if the new date is within the initially established accommodation period, that is, within the period from 01/05/2023 to 04/02/ 2023 . Also, the member must have subscribed to this offer before making the change in the reservation date.
