Accor has launched a new rate offer that comes with Platinum benefits for Indonesia and Malaysia, valid for stays through September 30, 2023, if booked by September 5.
Accor Live Limitless (ALL) members must book the “Unlock the ALL Platinum Experience” rate to be eligible for the benefits.

The main benefits of ALL Platinum are the complimentary breakfast and lounge access, excluding Fairmont, for members that book this rate offer.
Offer Inclusions:
The “Unlock the ALL Platinum Experience” offer inclusions, i.e., welcome amenity on arrival, complimentary welcome drink, complimentary restaurant or executive lounge breakfast, complimentary room upgrade to the next room category, access to executive lounge and late check-out/early check-in, will only be available for bookings made on direct, eligible channels and on this limited time offer.
Platinum members’ welcome amenity

Complimentary restaurant or executive lounge breakfast
- Hotels with an Executive Lounge offer breakfast in their Executive Lounge. For hotels without executive lounge, breakfast will be served at the restaurant
- The standard breakfast will be served free of charge to all persons staying in the member’s room during the breakfast service hours at the hotel. It does not include room service or tips
- Subject to hotel’s lounge or restaurant conditions and hours of operation at time of stay
Complimentary welcome drink
- Valid one-time per stay for member and guest in the same room
- Any consecutive stays (check-out and check-in on the same day) in the same hotel will be considered as one stay
- Different beverages are offered, depending on the hotel brand (further details at the hotel)
Early check-in and late check-out:
- Upon request (subject to availability)
Upgrade to the next room category
- Receive an upgrade to the next room category, if available at time of check-in. Excludes villas, one-of-a-kind suites, speciality suites and presidential suites
- If unavailable, the hotel will seek to allocate you an enhanced room in your current room category i.e. a higher floor, more desirable view, corner room or better amenities
- At Fairmont, an upgrade is not applicable to Fairmont Gold Floor. Raffles upgrades are available up to the Junior Suite category. This upgrade does not apply to ibis, ibis budget, ibis Styles, Adagio Access brands or any hotel which does not have varying room types
- Benefit is subject to availability
Access to Executive Lounge
- Enjoy complimentary access to the Executive Lounge, if available at the hotel
- Available for you and registered guests staying in your room \• Not applicable to the Fairmont Gold Lounge

You need to check how much more this rate plan costs compared to others and consider the benefits that can be significant at hotels with good executive lounges.

Dining terms:
The “Unlock the ALL Platinum Experience offer inclusion of 20% off in-restaurant dining is applied with terms and conditions as below. • Discount is valid during stay only.
- Discount applies for a maximum of 2 adults dining per room. Discount excludes alcoholic beverage, applicable corkage fee, cake cutting fee, service charges, taxes and gratuities. Service charges and taxes will be charged on retail price before discount.
- Discount is not applicable for minibar, room service dining, private dining room, contracted groups and events and outdoor catering bookings held in catering.
- Discount is not applicable for takeaway. Subject to individual hotel’s discretion.
- Discount must be requested in the restaurant at the time of reservation and/or settling the bill. • This benefit cannot be combined with other offers or promotions.
- Blackout dates apply. Blackout dates will be at the discretion of the restaurant management. • Prior reservations at the restaurants are encouraged as some restaurants may be fully booked at your preferred date.
- Members can only enjoy the discount by paying the bill in person.
- Accor loyalty membership card must be presented physically or on their Accor ALL Mobile App upon settlement.
