This promotion is only applicable to ALL – Accor Live Limitless members (hereinafter referred to as “ALL Members”) and Juneyao Air Club  members (hereinafter referred to as “Juneyao Members”); Each member can only participate in the promotion once (one redemption) during the availability period.
Points can only be redeemed on the Accor ALL and Juneyao Air’s website and APP.
If you aren’t a member of ALL or Juneyao, you must register and become a member with ALL or Juneyao before redeeming your points.

Extra Bonus When Converting ALL Points for Juneyao Points

When converting ALL points to Juneyao points during the promotion period, the first 750 members to complete redemption (based on the transaction date) will receive 100% extra Juneyao points plus e-vouchers for Juneyao Air flight ticket worth RMB150 (1 x RMB100 and 1 x RMB50). For example: If you have successfully converted 150 Juneyao points with 2,000 ALL points, you will receive an additional 150 Juneyao points for this redemption, adding to a total of 300 Juneyao points and e-vouchers for Juneyao Air flight ticket worth RMB150. Each redemption is limited to 2,000 ALL points.
For the first redemption, members must submit their Juneyao membership card number, name (in English/Pinyin) and contact details for account binding, which cannot be changed once binding is completed. The redemption is irreversible and the original points cannot be refunded.
The Juneyao points earned for the redemption will be credited to members’ Juneyao Air accounts in two installments. Points redeemed at the normal rate will be credited to their accounts within ten working days from the transaction date. Bonus points and Juneyao Air e-vouchers will be credited to their accounts within 30 working days after the end of the campaign. Members can check their points balance and flight ticket vouchers through the official Juneyao channels.

Extra Bonus When Converting Juneyao Points to ALL Points

When converting Juneyao points to ALL points during the promotion, all members will receive 100% extra ALL points on top of their transaction. For example: If you have successfully converted 800 ALL points with 200 Juneyao points, you will receive an additional 800 ALL points for this redemption, coming to a total of 1,600 ALL points will be awarded. Each redemption is limited to 200 Juneyao points.
For the first redemption, members must submit their ALL member card number for account binding, which cannot be changed once the binding is completed. The redemption is irreversible and the points are non-refundable.

ALL points earned from each redemption will be credited to ALL members’ accounts in two installments. Points redeemed at the normal rate will be credited to their accounts within 6 (six) weeks from the transaction date. Bonus points will be credited within 6 (six) weeks after the end of the campaign.
