Accor has a new Members Week offer for Greater China (mainland, Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan), valid through July 31, 2023.
Accor Live Limitless (ALL) members can earn triple points for dining. You usually earn 2% of the cash used back in points when not staying. That is tripled to 6% for the duration of this offer.

Note that this offer only applies to dining expenses not charged to the room/suite but settled at the time of purchase.
You should NOT do this if you are also staying at the hotel because you would then earn per the regular earnings criteria, which is likely better for elite members.
You usually earn 2% of the F&B expenses back if you are not staying, which is tripled to 6% for the duration of this promotion.
It seems that you do not need to have the payment card on file with Accor in Greater China, but you merely need to let the staff know and have them record your card number.
Conclusion
There are some other offers during the Members Week, but they mainly push the subscription cards.
The base earning at 2% for F&B is really low, and I don’t understand why anyone would even bother participating at this level.

Between 27th June to 31st July, members can receive 3X Reward points for eligible food and beverages consumption when they dine at participating hotels in Greater China.
The terms and conditions for ALL – Accor Live Limitless membership apply to the “3X Points Benefits for Dining” offer. Only ALL members can receive the offer.
ALL – Accor Live Limitless members should complete the dining consumptions between 27th June 2023 and 31st July 2023 at a participating Greater China hotel to enjoy the benefits. This offer does not apply to room service, non-restaurant food, beverages, minibar, meetings, events, or purchases at the pool bar.
The benefits apply to all tiers of ALL members and are available at Greater China hotels participating in the ALL – Accor Live Limitless loyalty program.ALL members must provide their membership card number before dining so the hotel can credit corresponding points.
To enjoy this offer, members must pay for meals separately and inform the hotel that they wish to accumulate ALL points for dining consumption. Suppose a member puts the food and beverage consumption into the accommodation bill and settles the food and beverage consumption at check-out with the room bill together. In that case, the member will not enjoy the benefit of the offer.
Only one member can enjoy the corresponding Reward points or other benefits offered by other promotional offers (if any) for each eligible dining consumption. If more than one member had the meal together, only one can enjoy the corresponding Reward points or other benefits offered by other promotion offers (if any).If a member purchases group-buy coupons or discount coupons through a third-party platform, the member can still accumulate points for the additional payment they make directly to participating restaurants or bars after deducting the par value of such coupons.
Any catering services provided as part of a private function resulting in the payment of a deposit or where a payment is not made on the actual day of the service shall not be eligible for the Dining Offer. Members will earn one (1) point for each euro spent at participating restaurants and bars. Payment must be effective (i.e., not denied) and made directly at the participating restaurant or bar at the end of the service. Payment confirmation: A receipt confirming payment and items consumed is directly available from the staff at the bar or restaurant. In particular, this receipt is required and shall be valid against any complaints relating to the settlement of expenses paid and redeeming/earning Reward points.
After a dining consumption, the points will be credited to the member’s account twice.
The corresponding points that an ALL member ought to receive will be credited to the member’s account first;The extra points generated will later be credited to ALL members’ accounts as the second round of Reward Points. Then, the member will receive 3X Rewards points in total. For instance, the ALL member will receive 500 extra Rewards points and 250 Reward points for eligible dining consumption, 3X Reward points in total. ALL Rewards points will be credited to the member’s account within 20 working days after the member pays the bill.
