• Cancellation/Modification: without penalty until 11:59 p.m. the day before guests arrive at the hotel for in-person check-in. After this period, the hotel will charge the first night as a penalty if the client does not cancel within the indicated period. Additional restrictions may apply in some countries/hotels (see conditions when selecting the hotel, room and/or finalizing your reservation).
  • Online Reservations: Reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card at the time of online reservation. The same card used at the time of online booking must be presented upon arrival at the hotel to guarantee payment for the entire stay. Failure to present said card may result in the cancellation of the reservation or its non-effectiveness.

NON-FLEXIBLE RATE
