Accor ALL members can again enjoy up to 50% off rates for weekend stays (Friday – Monday) at select hotels in Latin America.
Accor used to promote this rate plan heavily, but it disappeared during the pandemic but appears to be again available based on a few searches I have executed.

Conclusion
I stumbled upon this rate plan when researching Accor options for some stays in Latin America, where I will be for another four or so weeks.
The rates offered under this plan are great when available.
