This offer is valid for a stay at any of the participating hotels in Paris, Barcelona, Madrid, or Milan.
You must combine the stay with one of the following activities:

1. The general terms and conditions of the ALL – Accor Live Limitless loyalty program apply to the Offer and you must be an ALL – Accor Live Limitless member (hereinafter “ALL Members”) in order to benefit from it.
2. This offer allows ALL members residing in France, Italy, Spain , regardless of their membership status, to earn a Reward point bonus of up to 2000 Reward points if they participate in the offer between 19 January and February 19, 2023 inclusive (until 11:59 p.m. CET).
3. Members can obtain the additional Reward points according to the following actions and this, subject to respecting the conditions of the offer:
- For any reservation on ALL Activities & Events: + 500 Reward points
- For any ALL Mobility booking: + 500 Reward points
- For any purchase at La Vallée Village, Las Rocas, Las Rozas or Fidenza Village: + 1000 Reward points
For any stay in one of the hotels participating in the offer, coupled with the use of one of the programs above reserved and made during the period of the offer: multiplication of Reward points by 2 – in the limit of 2000 bonus reward points.
To take advantage of this offer, members must:
a. Have subscribed in advance to the “Your shopping trip with ALL” offer between January 19 and February 19, 2023 inclusive (until 11:59 p.m. Central European time), via the ALL communication received by email and this, before any reservation or purchase within one of the programs participating in the offer and stay within one of the hotels participating in the offer.
b. Earn Reward points through at least one of the following programs: ALL Activities & Events, ALL Mobility, the Bicester Collection. Bonus Reward points can be combined between the three programs. A single reservation or purchase within the partners mentioned below will be authorized and concerned by the offer.
All ALL Activities & Events and/or ALL Mobility reservations must be booked and made during the offer period, from January 19 to February 19, 2023 inclusive.
For the Bicester Collection Shopping Villages, members will be able to earn Reward Points for their purchases at La Vallée Village, Las Rocas, Las Rozas or Fidenza Village during the offer period where partner terms and conditions apply.

Subject to the fulfillment of the conditions of the offer, the additional points will be credited within 6 weeks following the Obtaining Reward points, within the framework of one of the participating programs.
This Reward point bonus is added to the Reward points earned by the member for the reservation of an eligible experience and/or a purchase in one of the partners mentioned below and this, in application of the general conditions of the program ALL – Accor Live Limitless.
To earn twice as many points during your stay:
1. Have booked and stayed between January 19 and February 19, 2023 inclusive (until 23:59 Central European Time) at one of the participating hotels in Paris, Barcelona, Madrid or Milan. This stay must be combined with the use of one of the programs above reserved and carried out during the period of the offer.
2. This Reward point multiplication offer during a stay in one of the participating hotels can only be used once per member during its period of validity.
3. For the purposes of this offer, per stay means one (1) reservation by an ALL member for one or more rooms. In other words, reservations that include more than one (1) room will be counted as one (1) stay.
4. To be eligible for this offer, stays must be booked directly with Accor (via the official Accor websites, the Accor All mobile applications, the ALL call center, directly at the hotel). Stays booked through a traditional travel agency whose reservation system is automatically connected to the Accor central reservations office or through a reseller, tour operator or third-party online travel agency (such as expedia.com, booking.com, etc.) will not be eligible for this offer.
Members must provide their ALL – Accor Live Limitless loyalty card number when booking and present the card at the hotel reception upon check-in.
6. At the end of the stay, the points will be credited to the member’s account as follows
a. Within seven (7) days of their eligible stay, the points and Status Nights corresponding to their stay will be credited to their ALL – Accor Live Limitless account;
b. Subject to compliance with the conditions of the offer, the additional points will be credited within six (6) weeks of obtaining the Reward points, within the framework of one of the participating programs and a stay eligible for double the Reward points of the stay.
7. This offer cannot be combined with other current promotional offers or benefits and does not apply to groups
8. Any stay partially or fully paid for with Reward ALL – Accor Live Limitless points will not be eligible for this offer.
9. This offer is subject to availability. The general conditions of sale apply for the reserved public rates specific to each hotel.
10. Accor, the participating hotels and/or the partners of this offer decline all responsibility in the event of non-execution or unavailability of the offer due to an external and unavoidable event rendering execution by Accor, the hotels participants and/or partners of this impossible offer or a disproportionate burden. Customers or members will not be entitled to any compensation and the benefits of the offer (including Reward points) will not be issued/credited if the offer cannot be implemented in these circumstances.
