Accor has launched a new offer for premium Visa cardholders for stays in Greater China (mainland, Hong Kong, Macao & Taiwan) between April 19 – September 30, 2023.
Visa Platinum, Visa Signature, Visa Infinite, and Visa Business cardholders save 20% when booking executive and higher category rooms, including Fairmont Gold.

Theoretically, the eligible cards for this offer must have been issued in the same region, but I don’t see how this could be enforced.
Conclusion
The offer could be helpful for those stays when there are no other discounted rates available, and if you wouldn’t, otherwise get an upgrade to Fairmont Gold rooms (their room types available for club access).
