The rate plan is eligible for ALL points and status-related benefits. You must book and pay using specific Visa-branded cards to earn the extras.

The ALL & VISA Premium & Luxury hotel offer only concerns Visa Infinite & Signature Preferred cardholders booking a flexible rate on all ALL – Accor Live Limitless direct booking channels (all.com and the ALL Accor app).
The ALL & VISA Premium & Luxury hotel offer is available in Accor Luxe and Premium brands participating in the Hotel offer, and notably the brands Raffles, Fairmont, Sofitel Legend, Sofitel, SO /, MGallery, 21c, Swissôtel, Pullman and Mövenpick. Please see list below of participating Hotels. Please note that this list may be subject to modification.
The General Terms and Conditions of Membership of the ALL Program (hereinafter the “GTC”) apply to this offer.
ADVANTAGES OF THE OFFER
The ALL & VISA Premium & Luxury hotel offer conditions may vary from hotel to hotel and depend to the type of VISA Infinite & Signature Preferred card. Conditions will be set forth at the time of the booking.
In the event that a Visa Infinite & Signature Preferred cardholder reserves a hotel (in advance or directly at the hotel) and chooses another rate other than the dedicated ALL & VISA Premium & Luxury hotel offer, will not benefit from any ALL & VISA Premium & Luxury hotel offer advantages during their stay.
This offer includes a minimum stay of two (2) nights, depending on the participating hotel and the type of VISA payment card (Visa Infinite), as well as the following advantages:
– Privileged Welcome (at the discretion of the hotel)
– Upgrade to a higher category room upon arrival, subject to availability
– Late check-out until 3pm, subject to availability
– Free WiFiIn addition to the above advantages, Visa Infinite & Signature Preferred cardholder will receive a hotel credit of 50 EUR or 50 USD (or the equivalent in local currency) per stay. This hotel credit is only available for a minimum stay of 2 nights at specific hotels detailed hereinafter.
The hotel credit may be used to pay meals and beverages or other hotel services (excluding paying for the hotel room). Thus has to be confirmed by the hotel upon check-in. This credit cannot be refundable or used for another reservation. It must be used during the stay.
The value of the hotel credit is 50 EUR in countries within the Euro zone. For countries outside the Euro zone, the value of the hotel credit is equivalent to 50 USD or in the local currency of the country. The exchange rate applied will be the one in force at the time of check-in at the hotel reception.
In addition, Visa Infinite cardholders will have two (2) offered breakfast (for adults) during their stay at select participating luxury hotel brands listed hereinafter (Raffles, Fairmont, Sofitel Legend, Sofitel, SO /).
In case of several room reservations, only the occupants sharing the room with the Visa Infinite cardholder having used the same credit card for the reservation, will benefit from the advantages listed above. In that case, the offered breakfast is limited to two (2) persons. For the other guests, the services ordered will be invoiced according to the hotel’s conditions of sale.
Room category depends on the availabilities in the hotel. Cancellation policy and child policy apply and the terms and conditions depend on each hotel policy.
For some destinations, the indicated price does not include local taxes, extras or gratuities (which must be paid directly to the hotel). Please note that they may vary according to the periods and hotel’s general terms and conditions.
The ALL & VISA Premium & Luxury Hotel offer applies to the Member rate. Reward points may be awarded according to the GTC. The Suite Night Upgrade certificate or Reward points already accumulated by the cardholder may be used to settle all or part of the invoice. In this case, the portion of the invoice paid with the Suite Night Upgrade certificate or Reward points is not eligible to earn Reward points as outlined in the GTC.
The ALL & VISA Premium & Luxury Hotel offer cannot be combined with corporate rates, Accor employee rates, group rates, promotional rates under Accor’s paid subscription programs (for example, the Accor Plus or ALL Plus programs) or any other promotional offer.
CLAIMS RELATING TO THE ADVANTAGES PROVIDED BY THE OFFER
The Member may contact ALL – Accor Live Limitless Customer Service for any questions and/or complaint relating to the ALL & VISA Premium & Luxury Hotel offer:
– on the internet, via the Assistance section (where contact form is provided)
– by phone via the number displayed after logging on in the Help and Support section of the all.accor.com website (price of a local call from a landline, rate depending on the telephone operator from a mobile phone).Within ten (10) working days of Accor’s receipt of the claim/question, the Member will receive confirmation that it is being processed.
Accor shall provide the Member with a response within fifteen (15) business days after receiving the complaint/question, except in exceptional situations where the response shall be provided within thirty-five (35) days at the latest.
