Accor ALL Heartist Rate Plan (Employee Rates)

Accor, like all other hospitality sector companies, offers significantly reduced rates for employees as part of their benefits package.

Accor has now made these rates, ALL Heartists, visible on its website, making it easier for eligible associates to book them.

Note that you must have an ALL Heartist card and ID when checking in; otherwise, the rate is NOT honored.

The ALL Heartist (Accor’s employee rates) appear to vary greatly between the properties, from a modest to a very significant discount. I am almost certain that this is tied to the projected occupancy rate at a hotel.

We have many hotel employees among the readership, and one of the benefits of being employed in hospitality is lower rates, which is often a significant benefit for those who like to travel.

It is excellent that sector employees can sample various hotels and brands belonging to the group, often at a significant discount. Now, they can also earn and collect elite qualifying nights (getting to know the ALL program and procedures too + hopefully signing up for all the promotions we cover).

You absolutely DO need to have valid identification at the time of checking in. I have used one of the F&F rate plans about a dozen times, and a hotel has forgotten to ask for valid documentation to use it only once (I had it with me).

Previously, many of these employee rates with Accor were not qualifying, and it still refers in the T&Cs that it is up to the hotel if they are or aren’t. Based on my limited sample, I couldn’t find a rate that did not qualify for points, which also means that they are eligible for elite nights, and you might get some elite benefits.

Exclusive discounts on your stays in the group hotels. These benefits are for personal use only.
Rate valid upon presentation of ALL Heartists card and ID at check-in. In case of non presentation of these documents, the staff rate may not be granted.

These rates are applicable on a maximum of 2 rooms per booking. As an ALL Heartists cardholder, your presence is mandatory for the entire duration of your stay so that your loved ones can also benefit from the benefits.

*Depending on the hotel, your stay at the staff rate may or may not be eligible to earn ALL points.

This offer applies to breakfast rates (depending on the hotel, this discount may be subject to a stay requirement). F&B discounts do not apply at Mama Shelter branded hotels.

Discounts also apply to Thalassa Sea & Spa and Willowstream cures (excluding medical procedures and school vacation periods in France), at Novotel Boutique, So Boutique and Fairmont Boutique, and on green fees and golf equipment at Fairmont, Raffles and Swissôtel hotels.
