IHG’s guest loyalty program went through a refresh in the spring of 2022 that included a name change to IHG One Rewards and the launch of Milestone Rewards.
Everything hasn’t exactly gone to plan with Food & Beverage Rewards, which were already extended once due to rollout delays, and Confirmable Suite Upgrades. Issues with these two reward types continue.

Food & Beverage Rewards Extensions (Second Round)
All the December 31, 2023, expiring Food & Beverage Rewards have a new expiry date of June 30, 2024. There has been no word or communication from IHG to IHG One Rewards members about this change.

Conclusion
I am glad that IHG decided to do the right thing and extend these Food & Beverage Rewards again due to the botched launch and rollout of the program refresh.
It is mind-boggling that IHG cannot clearly communicate anything surrounding these Food & Beverage Rewards and Confirmable Suite Upgrade to program members, updating them about the rollout process beyond slight updates to the T&Cs or FAQs.
Overall, these IHG One Rewards program changes have been positive, but why not properly plan, execute, and communicate?
