Hilton has extended the Honors member Food & Beverage discount through June 30 (Asia-Pacific) and December 31, 2023 (Greater China), which was set to expire at the end of 2022.
Gold and Diamond members save 25%, while base and Silver members get 10% off. In addition, non-staying members get 500 bonus points for F&B spending greater than $25.

Guests staying at a hotel can charge the F&B expenses to their folios. You can get the F&B discount and 500 points even if you are not staying or your rate is ineligible for points. Honors members get a 500 bonus for a minimum of 25 USD spend.

My F&B Experience Waldorf Astoria Bangkok:
I had dinner with a friend at the Waldorf Astoria Bangkok hotel in late April 2022.
The 25% discount was correctly applied to the check,
And the 500 points were also posted about a week later.
Conclusion
Many hotel programs offer dining discounts for their members in Asia-Pacific or have paid dining clubs with 50% off coupons and stay benefits.
I am glad that Hilton has decided to extend this offer by an additional 6 to 12 months.

All staying and non-staying Members are entitled to this Offer, which cannot be combined with other member dining benefits, vouchers, promotions, and/or dining program privileges. Members and Silver Members are entitled to a 10% discount off the net prices, while Gold & Diamond Members are entitled to a 25% discount off the net prices. Net price is excluding applicable taxes, service charges and incidental expenses. Non-staying members as well as staying guests on ineligible stays (as defined in the Hilton Honors Terms & Conditions) can earn a one-time 500 Hilton Honors Bonus Points with a minimum spend of USD 25 (after discount, excluding tax) (or local currency equivalent). For Outlets in Japan, a minimum spend of JPY 3500 (after discount) is required before 500 Hilton Honors Bonus Points can be awarded. The 500 Hilton Honors Bonus Points can be rewarded only once per each qualified spending/bill. This Offer in its entirety is only available for Hilton Honors members and only one membership may be used per bill in order to earn Hilton Honors Points. The Member needs to be present for the entirety of the meal and the discount must be processed at the time of bill payment or signing to the guest’s room and cannot be applied retrospectively or through other outlets or areas of the Hotel.
