Conclusion
It is still unclear when Radisson Rewards Americas will be folded into Choice Privileges, but I assume it will be sometime this year.

The Radisson Rewards Americas 5,000 Per Stay offer is available at all participating Radisson Hotels Americas properties. By registering for and participating in the “Radisson Rewards Americas 5,000 Per Stay” promotion (the “Promotion”), you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
