Radisson Rewards has sent out a member communication about updating program terms and combining Radisson Rewards Americas with Choice Privileges.
It seems that Radisson is moving away from the calendar year qualification period and will, from now, use a rolling 12-month qualification, and all current tiers are extended through July 18, 2024.

As of 18 July, our Radisson Rewards Terms and Conditions for all members have been updated to include some relevant updates and to make it quicker and easier for you to read through the terms that apply to your use of our services.
We encourage you to read our updated Terms and Conditions in full through this site, but at a glance, here are some key updates:
- We have updated our policy, allowing you 12 months to maintain your tier status or upgrade to the next tier level.
- All the Premium and VIP members will keep their tier level until 18 July 2024. Nevertheless, if a member upgrades before that date, a new qualification period will start.
- Due to the integration of Radisson Rewards Americas with Choice Privileges Loyalty program from 18 July 2023 onwards, the tier match and transfer of points functionality between programs will no longer be available.
Your continued use of our program means you agree to our updated Terms and acknowledge changes to our policies.
Thank you for being a valuable member of Radisson Rewards! We are looking forward to delivering new Memorable Moments in your future stays in our Hotels.
Conclusion
Radisson Rewards recently moved to dynamically priced awards that decimated the program.
Each point is now worth roughly one-fifth of a cent, and you get 1.5% to 6.8% of the room rate back in points, depending on your status level.
Calendar year qualification would be more straightforward than rolling 12 months, allowing some members to keep their earned status longer.
